Payment & Conditions

You can reserve the period you wish to stay with us by email ore phone. Before booking, we ask you to state your:

• Full Name
• Address
• Passport number
• Phone and mobile numbers

After you have booked,

• you pay a non-refundable deposit of 150 euros, within 2 weeks after reservation.
• The balance must be paid one month before arrival.

After the deposit is paid, we shall send you confirmation of reservation.

Payments can be made on account number (attention: due to the merger of Bancaja and Caja Madrid our accountnumber has changed per May 28th 2012!)

stating your name and the reservationnumber we send you on reservation!

On Arrival you can pay the additional costs (see Additional Costs in the rates section) and we ask you to sign for receiving the keys and agreeing with the estate conditions.
