LA RUINA. A refurbished ancient barn on the quiet and peaceful mountainside.

If you would like to experience this special place 'La Ruina' can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It lies about 150 metres from the car parking area.

From this point a steep donkey track leads to 'La Ruina' which is an ancient but beautifully refurbished mountain barn consisting of a living room, with a mezzanine (sleeping for two people), kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom.

The old barn can be described as modernised whilst maintaining the original features and materials. Around 'La Ruina' lies 12 hectares of natural unspoiled land, so you are not only renting a house but also its environment.
During your stay the lovely swimming pool (11 x 4.5 metres) is at your disposal.

Are you the type of person that enjoys the sun, outdoor activity, appreciates stylish comfort and the Mediterranean landscape? You have probably have Spain in your heart and you wish for a rest from all the worries at home? You are invited to stay at 'Refugio Marnes'.

By its nature and isolated situation, it may not be considered suitable for young children.
